The most unique and important health benefits of brahmi include its ability to improve cognitive ability, relieve stress, regulate blood sugar levels, and treat respiratory conditions.
It also helps enhance the digestive process, protect against mental degeneration, boost the immune system, and lower inflammation.
Unfortunately, brahmi is not pleasant tasting. so we have added some peppermint and Amazon Guayusa leaf into the Mix
Can be Smoked or cup of TEA
Tea. Bring water to the boil, remove from the heat and add 1/2 -1 tsp dried brahmi or 1 tsp chopped fresh brahmi. I always add other herbs to lessen the bitterness – rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) is another favourite herb for strengthening memory, and lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) is a delicious, calming herb. Add the same quantities as brahmi. I often make a tea with all 3 of these herbs for a pleasant tasting morning brew to “switch on” my brain.
